• CVs, headshots, showreels and portfolio material
• Passport copies, visa details (e.g. C1/D), STCW certificates and other documents required for cruise contracts
• Medical or vaccination records, where required by a specific booking
• Availability, experience and contract details
• Bank details, where required for payment purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Review and manage your application for representation
• Submit you for casting opportunities and communicate with cruise lines, casting directors and production companies on your behalf
• Fulfil contractual and legal obligations connected to a booking
• Contact you about auditions, contracts and career opportunities

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

• Basic contact details are generally kept on file for future casting opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Sensitive documents are kept only while relevant to an active booking or representation, and are removed once no longer needed.
• If you apply for representation and are not taken on, your details are kept for a limited period in case a suitable opportunity arises, and deleted after that.

6. Sharing Your Information

We share your information with cruise lines, casting directors, production companies and partner agencies, only as necessary to pursue opportunities on your behalf. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations.

International transfers: because we work with cruise lines and casting partners worldwide, your information may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely wherever it is processed.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
